In our Tool Department we follow all the maufacturing operations and make the assembling and maintenance of tools.

On a surface of 2.000sqm we have machines of different dimensions and features, so that we can perform a wide range of processes.

In detail:

- 13 milling machines (8 CNC), with working volume up to 6000x1200x2000 mm

- 4 wire EDM with working volume up to 790x730x300 mm

- 2 dipping EDM with working volume up to a 200x300x250 mm

- 8 grinding machines with working volume up to 1500x680x600 mm

- 3 tools testing presses with working base up to 4150x2000 mm

- 1 Laser Cutting

- 1 Water Cutting
