There was no clumps visible and mixed with water super smoothly. The texture of the powder was on point. There was no weird gooeyness going on. Onto my second 100g bag now. It definitely wasn’t “fishy” like some reviews suggested. I also noticed some people complained about bitterness, but using water that’s too hot can ruin almost any matcha. Once I prepared it correctly, the flavor was balanced and clean. For the price, I actually think it’s a pretty solid everyday ceremonial-style matcha.
