I stand at 6.0125" 200lb (showing signs of a Dad bod)., and the large was a perfect fit for me. The quality exceeded expectations, perfect thickness and weight for the colder months. I actually set this up between a Boss & Ted Baker (my-go's to in past 10-years) and asked my date to pick one of three - she grabbed this shirt. if you're looking to re-evaluate how much your spend on dress shirts - this Brand will not disappoint in terms of quality and fit.
