Because the price of these pans is so low, I honestly expected the quality to match—but was very pleasantly surprised. They heat evenly, and I’ve had zero issues with food sticking; everything just glides. On days when you feel like showing off, you can even skip the spatula and flip your pancakes (or other food) the fun way (flip tip: it’s all in the wrist!). Since nothing sticks, cleanup could not be easier. These Amazon Ceramic Nonstick frying pans are absolutely top tier, and at this price point—especially with gas at over 4 dollars a gallon & rising—the value cannot be beat. Definitely recommend!

Works Well, Easy to Clean, Just Watch Stove Temp

I bought this set to replace a stainless steel set I have after the nickel in the stainless steel cookware starting leeching into my food and causing some pretty severe reactions. I made sure to read the instructions that came with this ceramic-coated cookware before use, and made a note to not heat it on high - I have cast iron for that anyway. I appreciate how light weight this cookware is, and how easy it is to clean with soap and water - I don't put my cookware in the dishwasher. So far it appears to work well making sauces, heating vegetables, cooking pasta, but I do have to plan a little extra time to get water to boil, of course. One thought for the designers - it would be helpful if the lids fit more than 1 pot. It would be nice, for instance, for the large pot lid to fit the large skillet for sauces that need to simmer and/or reduce for a while. Overall, this cookware is an extremely good value and I'd purchase it again.
