THIS STANDARD SIZE PILLOW THAT IS "FIRM" AS OPPOSED TO SOFT OR MEDIUM, IS FANTASTIC FOR MY HEAD AND NECK. BUT, I could tell the latex was better so I tried this one. It strikes the perfect balance of support and is not too firm. Compared to all the other brands I would call this one soft/medium as all others "medium" were pretty firm. This one is just right!
