This solid oak floating corner shelf is beautiful and well made. The wood feels sturdy and high quality, and the round end gives it a clean, modern look. We have plants on the shelves and no scratches even with sliding them on and off weekly to water them. The pots are very big and the plants are pretty heavy so they are holding up quite well. However, the instructions for hanging them were not very clear, and it took us several tries (and some wall damage) before we got them up correctly. We eventually found better guidance from another source. Once installed, though, they look great and feel sturdy.
