"The Goonies 'R' Good Enough" was released by Cyndi Lauper on June 6, 1985 as a single for film The Goonies. Before 2003, the song never appeared on any of Lauper's album. Steven Spielberg had made Cyndi the musical director for The Goonies soundtrack. She sought out new bands to be included on the project including her friends, The Bangles. The official title of the song is just "Good Enough", as is
