I'm 5’8” and about 240 lbs, and I went with an XL for this light grey quarter-zip pullover. Fit is spot-on, not too tight, not overly baggy. The material is lightweight and breathable but still feels like it has some substance, making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own in mild weather. The fabric has a nice stretch to it, which adds to the comfort and ease of movement, and it holds its shape well. The zipper is high quality, smooth to zip and feels durable. I love the way they fit and the way they look. I’m a bigger guy too, so it’s not easy to find fashionable “ath-leisure” apparel that doesn’t make me look like a popped can of Pilsbury biscuit dough. The only thing close to a complaint I can think of is that these are a lightweight weight material and the collar doesn’t want to stand up on its own. I wish Maelreg made a medium weight version with a little sturdier of a collar, but that’s just me.
