The Slingshot Kit is cut from a CNC laser with exact precision. All skins are 1 16'' 3 ply birch aircraft grade plywood, and the frames are 1 8'' 3 ply birch plywood. These run very small. I was advised by my sister before ordering that Mini Melissa runs small; however, my daughter is a size 11 or 11.5 and since these run in whole sizes I couldn’t imagine ordering a 12! I would think a size 12 would be a range of shoe sizes 12 to 13. They arrived in time for an event we needed them for but were way too short in length so unfortunately they were returned. They are lovely, adorable, comfortable shoes but run very very small.
