The provincial and regional parks are numerous; it is difficult to find hiking guidebooks for areas besides near Victoria. This Benchmark book has it all to help us find camping (even dispersed on public lands) and hiking and will help us narrow down any searches we might need to do on the web. Another fine Benchmark Atlas.

We travel a lot and own 6 benchmark atlases now. They're the finest on the market and include camping and fishing information and show the forest service and other backroads. What's special about the British Columbia atlas is that it is spiral bound. I just replaced my Oregon atlas after 20 years because the cover had ripped up and torn off and the pages were falling out. I hope they will all be spiral bound from now on.
