The ebony fretboard is built with a traditional "scoop which allows more room for the fingers and thumb of the right hand to pluck the strings

The TV stand is very simple to assemble and most people should be able to complete it in a little while, as several steps may require a second person. The unit itself is very sturdy and a little larger than I expected. The sliding "door" does require a little force to move, but furniture wax should do the trick nicely.
