BMF Heel Adjustment Bolt AssemblyThis 3rd generation bolt assembly includes a custom bolt, lock washer, rack, and e clip that allows the Heel Bracket to be adjusted to your boot size. This bolt should be very firmly hand tight to reduce chance of loosening during skiing (10 N m or 7. 4 ft lbs). Works with BMF R and BMF 3. The e clip is not required for proper function, but keeps the bolt from fully un threading when adjusting the binding to different boot sizes. Sold as each.

Good fragrance body wash. I really do like cremos limited seasonal fragrances. This one is light and refreshing. Wish it would last a bit longer but overall does lather well and smells great while showering. A little goes a long way so I do appreciate that this bottle should last long.
