Shelves look nice but the mounting template is the wrong size. I’ve bought other shelves from this brand and loved that it came with the template. It’s not impossible to hang without it, but it’s difficult since a pencil can’t fit through the holes in the shelf to mark the wall. Tried to reach out for product support and got no help. They just send you to troubleshoot on your own information and when it doesn’t work, they just send you back to the start of the same information.
