I did hook up a light bulb and tested this against a slow spinning drill and it is working quite well. It is basically ready to mount and hook up. It does have its original mounting bracket piece and the grounding screw. It will need a nut to attach the one lead which should be fairly easy to find at most hardware stores. A good dynamo is a sure way to make all the other bicycles
