Red Wine Prini Cabernet Sauvignon Gorika Brda, Slovenia Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and macerated in a wine vat for 25 35 days, depending on the year, classically by dipping the cap. The remaining wine maturation and aging takes place in 225 L oak barrels for eight months.
