Made to keep regular lunches cold all day.

XL fits in regular-size kids lunchboxes. I bought eight to put two in each of four lunchboxes, and all fit perfectly. They freeze overnight, go in at 7:00 AM, and are still cold when the kids come home around 4:00 PM.
