my 90lb Pit, LOVES these balls.. and they have been lasting for months!! The squeaker is ok, those are lasting a week or two.. but that's better than average for my guy. Spikey Balls Outlast Both Dogs!

Our two golden-doodles have destroyed many of the chew toys I foolishly invested in. I used to measure their lifespan and durability in a matter of minutes. Shredding toys seemed their delight and specialty. Immediately rolled up under the sofa!

I was looking for toys that were durable, that our GSD puppy would like, and that would specifically NOT roll under the sofa every time he swatted at it because I’m tired of moving the couch every 5 minutes to retrieve another toy. This toy went under the couch within 5 minutes of opening the package. He doesn’t seem to enjoy playing with it as much as he does a regular tennis ball, it’s easier to throw far outside IMO (my husband doesn’t notice a difference). It’s not hard or soft, it’s kind of a combination of both with the knobby bumps on the outside. I speculate the bumps are part of what he doesn’t enjoy playing with. He is able to pick it up and carry it easy enough and when he does it squishes just enough for him to carry it, he’s 5 months old by the way. But the bottom line is this will likely become yet another “outside toy” in the sea of outside toys because if not I’ll be constantly fishing it out from under the couch!
